How To Make Home Made Shrimp Lollipop

Hello folks, it's been a while since I create or write a blog, sorry about those folks. A lot of people have asked me how I make my homemade lollipop so I have decided to find a time to write this blog so that those whole wishes to learn may be able to. Now let's dive right into it! What you will need:

1) Bamboo Stick(s)

2) Egg(s)

3) One Brownie/Fudge pan

4) Any fish flake food

5) Foil Sheet/Paper

6) A Blender

7) And a Cup (best if the cup is 16 once)

Now Let's Get Started! The first thing you want to do is convert/blend the fish flake to some fine powder with a blender machine. You can add in anything that you know the shrimp will love. Once the flake is well blended you will then need to tear a sheet of foil paper at least 2 feet wide and then gently pour out the fine flake unto the foil sheet. From there you will need at least one raw egg. What you want to do with the egg is crack it open and seperate the yellow yoke apart from the clear albumen. The yellow is the trash/waste. The clear albumen is what we will be using to make the lollipop. To separate the yoke this require experience, beginner may accidently pop the yoke. Once you crack the eggs gently pour the clear albumen into the party cup. Now what you want to do is dip a bamboo stick into the party cup. Tilt the cup and twist the bamboo stick with your thumb and finger. The degree and angle you need to tilt the cup depending on how much quantity/dept of the albumen that's in the cup. This dip should be a quick 5-10 second time frame. After the dip you will want to tap the bamboo stick on the cup making sure there is no dripping. After you finish, place the stick right on top of the fine fish flake and gently pour/sprinkle on the part of the stick that was in contact/covered with albumen. Once the stick is sprinkled with the fine fish flake lay it down into the brownie/fudge pan.  Repeat this over and over until you reach the number of sticks you were planning to make. You want to line up the stick like the picture below. You can cover the pan with a layer of foil or not (I do). Once you done dipping and sprinking. Set the oven to bake NOT boil and 250 degree. The bake time should take only between 7-12 minutes until it's cook! NOW IT"S READY TO USE!
