Shipping Term and Condition for Live Fish/Shrimp

By placing an order on live fish/shrimp, you are agreeing and understanding that we only ship on Monday and Tuesday for priority shipping. If Monday is a holiday, the fish/shrimp will be shipped on the following Tuesday. For overnight express shipping, there may be an exception on the day we ship. If there is any (DOA) Dead On Arrival, please note that the +1 shrimp is to cover the dead one. If more than 2 arrive dead, please email us with 2 clear pictures of the bag of shrimp/fish UNOPENED (not open) within 2 hours from the time of which the package was delivered, and we will negotiate for a solution, whether you would like a replacement with your next order or a partial refund. We highly advise having someone home to accept the package. Please note that if the temperature from where you live is not between 50 and 90 degrees, we are entitled to refuse service and send you a full refund. We wouldn't want the fish/shrimp to suffer in bad weather. And once again, thank you for reading and understanding!
