These are just a few of the many advantages that mulberry leaves give aquarium shrimp. Shrimp may graze on biofilms, or bacteria, which are created when mulberry leaves break down and offer an extra food supply. Mulberry leaves are an appropriate and enriching addition to aquarium setups because they constitute a natural component of many shrimp's meals in their natural habitats.
Q: How long does a mulberry last with 50 shrimps?
A: Usually, it takes about 24 hours for that number of shrimps to completely finish a leaf. If it's 100 shrimps, then about 12 hours. therefore, if you have less than 50 shrimp then maybe slice a whole leaf in half and only feed the other half.
Q: What should I do before feed to my shrimps?
A: Boil the leaves up to 6-8 minutes to soften the leaves.
NOTE: Fresh green leaves is also available upon request with an additional dollar.
