They thrive in 10+ gallon, heavily planted, and covered tanks, preferring temperatures of 73-78F. They are active, top-dwelling, and suitable for nano-community setups with small tankmates. 

Tank Set Up Care

• Tank Size: Minimum of 10 gallons for a school of 6 or more.
• Behavior: Active, top-dwelling fish that may jump; a tight-fitting lid is essential.
• Environment: Prefer densely planted tanks with floating plants for security.

Tank Mates and Compatibility 

• Suitable Tank Mates: Peaceful, small fish such as Chili Rasboras, small tetras, Pygmy Corydoras, and dwarf shrimp.
• Diet: Small, high-quality foods, including micro pellets, daphnia, brine shrimp, and flakes, consumed at the surface.
  
• Compatibility: Excellent in community tanks, though they might be intimidated by boisterous or large fish.
